Service Description

We offer an exciting Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for ages 7-15! Our classes focus on developing essential martial arts skills, confidence, and discipline in a fun and supportive environment. Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches ground techniques that are fundamental for self-defense, helping children learn how to control opponents using leverage and technique rather than strength. Join us to empower your child with self-defense techniques while fostering teamwork and respect! Starting October 14th, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8:15 pm.
